Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-10-21
These terms apply to the Vitalix website and platform provided by Vitalix Diagnostics. By using them you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a diagnostic centre or company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.
1. What Vitalix is
Vitalix is software for recording, reviewing and reporting medical examinations at health camps and diagnostic centres. It helps staff capture findings, lets a doctor review them, and produces reports and Form 7 certificates.
2. Medical disclaimer
- Vitalix does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on this site replaces a consultation with a registered medical practitioner.
- Fitness declarations and clinical remarks are always entered and signed by the examining doctor. The software does not decide fitness and does not pre-fill results.
- If you are a worker or patient with a health concern or an urgent symptom, contact a doctor or emergency services. Do not rely on a report summary alone.
3. Accounts and access
- Accounts are created by a centre’s administrator. You must keep your password confidential and tell your administrator at once if you think it has been misused.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share accounts.
- Each role can use only the features its permissions allow. Do not try to bypass these limits.
4. Responsibilities of the centre
- The centre is responsible for the accuracy of the information its staff enter, for the clinical judgement of its doctors, and for the medical reports it issues.
- The centre must have a lawful basis, and where needed the person’s consent, to collect health information and to send reports, including by WhatsApp.
- The centre must keep its own accreditation, registrations and licences current and must not describe itself as accredited unless it is.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no unauthorised access, probing or overloading, no uploading of malware, no use of patient data for any purpose other than the examination and its lawful follow-up.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features. Keep your own backups of critical records.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Vitalix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of reports. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Notice and the Security page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have.
10. Contact
